What we are building
ARC1 connects AI utilization to the work it supports and the financial evidence behind it. Teams can trace usage to an owner, evaluate a proposed change and compare a closed month’s assigned ledger lines with the forecast approved before that month began. Finance can confirm a benefit when the evidence supports it; a projected saving from retiring a legacy system remains separate until retirement and the financial result are verified. Our aim is for ARC1 to become the system of record for AI spending decisions, built one closed decision at a time.
We start with US health payers, where AI is regulated, overseen by the board and promised in public.
Why us
A decision you can follow back to its evidence. ARC1 connects engineering, delivery and finance without turning token counts into a claim of productivity. Machine, gateway and provider readings keep their own basis. Financial claims carry their baseline and review history, and supported policy changes carry approval and verification evidence. The value is in making those relationships usable across the enterprise.
Where we are
- The software
- Live on our hosted reference deployment today, shown on a fictional health plan's synthetic data. Every screen says so.
- Connectors
- The open-source Kong connector has been exercised in our lab for policy apply, readback and drift recovery; that run did not establish successful model inference. Every other connector is tested against the vendor’s documented interface.
- Assurance
- The current assurance status, architecture and data-flow documentation are provided under NDA on request from security@lockedinlabs.ai. The Security page lists the controls in the product.
How we are paid
ARC1 has one flat platform fee per legal entity. It does not rise with tokens consumed or savings claimed. Platform, delivery and finance owners can review the same evidence alongside the systems and partners they already use; the financial conclusion comes from the baseline, source records and authorized review.
