What ace.lockedinlabs.ai collects when you read it or use the demonstration, and why.
Who we are
This site and its demonstration are operated by LockedIn Labs. This notice covers the public pages at ace.lockedinlabs.ai and the access-code demonstration behind them. It does not cover an ARC1 installation a customer runs in its own environment: that customer decides what its installation holds.
Reading the public pages
- No cookies
- The public pages set no cookies and keep nothing in your browser's storage.
- No analytics
- There is no analytics, advertising or tracking code. Every page, font, image and script is served from this domain, and the site's security policy tells your browser to refuse anything from anywhere else.
- Server logs
- Each request is logged with its method, path, status, duration and your IP address, to run and protect the service. Query strings and request bodies are never logged. A fixed retention period for these logs is to be confirmed.
- Referrers
- Links you follow from here do not tell the next site which page you came from.
Using the demonstration
The demonstration is a fictional health plan with synthetic data, behind an access code we issue. It is read-only; please do not type personal information into it.
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Access cookie | Set after a correct access code, so you are not asked again. HttpOnly, never readable by page scripts. | 12 hours |
| Session cookie | Keeps you signed in to the demonstration. Stored on our side only as a digest. | 12 hours, or 2 idle |
| Wrong-code count | Counted per IP address so an access code cannot be guessed. | 15 minutes |
| Sign-in receipt | Each demonstration sign-in is a signed audit receipt, carrying identifiers, never your name or what you type. | Kept with the demonstration's audit chain |
| Display preferences | The demonstration remembers your theme, time window, side-panel and inspector widths, the active surface, and saved layouts and filters in some views. They stay in your browser and are never sent to us. | Until you clear site data; the active surface until you close the tab |
The two cookies are strictly necessary for the demonstration to work, which is why there is no consent banner for them. Display preferences are optional conveniences kept only in your browser; clearing site data removes them. Nothing here is used for advertising or shared for it.
Ask ARC1 in the demonstration
If you use Ask ARC1 in the demonstration, your question and the evidence excerpts it needs are sent to the model provider LockedIn Labs has connected for the demonstration, Anthropic at the time of writing, under that provider's terms. ARC1 keeps no copy of your question or the answer as text; its audit chain records the question's length and a digest. Please do not type personal or confidential information into it.
Requests you send us
The request form asks what you would like, your name, work email and organization and, if you choose, your role and a note. We use them only to reply.
- How it travels
- The site sends your request once, as an email through Resend, to our team’s inbox, and keeps no copy: nothing is written to the site’s database or kept in your browser. The email carries a fixed subject naming the topic; what you typed is only in its body.
- What the log keeps
- Like every request, a form submission is logged with its method, path, status, duration and your IP address, and the outcome (sent, refused or failed). What you typed is never logged.
- Request counts
- Counted per IP address, in memory for 15 minutes, so the form cannot be flooded.
When the form cannot deliver a request, it shows our address instead and sends nothing.
Services we rely on
- Hosting
- The site and demonstration run on Railway, which processes the requests and logs described above.
- Ask ARC1
- Anthropic, for the demonstration's Ask ARC1 only, as described above.
- Request form
- Resend, which delivers each request to our inbox as an email.
- Our email is hosted by Google. If you write to us, your message and address reach that system, and we use them to reply.
